Calling all Strategic Solutionists!!!!

One of my biggest assignments is to build a community of leaders that are strategic soluntionists and revivalists. That are quick to see a problem and quicker to provide strategy and solution. Years ago, I disassociated myself from mindsets, circles and conversations that spent hours discussing problems and rarely putting forward solutions. Time is precious. Unless we are discussing solutions, my involvement is scarce. I believe that's one of the major reasons Joseph's life inspires me. He was a strategic solutionist and vision implementer.
